Toast Festivals Terms and Conditions

It is advisable not to drive to the venue as parking is very limited. No pets, food or drink allowed into the festival. Please respect the residents in the area and keep noise to a minimum.

  1. Your Toast Festival ticket is not refundable.

  2. Tickets shall not be resold or transferred and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or otherwise than directly through Go Ahead Events Limited's appointed ticket agents.

  3. Any ticket obtained in breach of these Conditions will be void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

  4. Go Ahead Events Limited reserves the right to refuse the right of admission to anyone not in possession of a valid ticket.

  5. Go Ahead Events Limited reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove any person from the show premises.

  6. Go Ahead Events Limited will implement a responsible drinking policy; alcohol will not be served one hour before the event closes on Saturday (5pm)

  7. Alcohol serving hours are subject to change.

  8. Patrons are required to drink responsibly. Any person who is considered intoxicated, or whose behaviour is potentially hazardous or objectionable will be removed from the venue and not re-admitted.

  9. No admittance will be given to any animals with the exception of any guide and assistance dogs.

  10. The organisers reserve the right to search the ticket holder at the point of entry and elsewhere on site.

  11. The use of cameras, video or other recording or transmission equipment for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden and any such photographs or recordings may not be used without the written consent of Go Ahead Events Limited.

  12. All persons under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

  13. All persons may be required to show photographic proof of age

  14. By attending the event, patrons consent to be photographed or video recorded by Go Ahead Events Limited or their agents. Such images may be used in publicity or other material without the express consent of the individual concerned.

  15. No persons arriving with alcohol, glass containers, laser pointers, weapons, fireworks or other potentially harmful substances or devices will be permitted on site. Any such items are liable for confiscation.

  16. In the event of cancellation of the festival, ticket holders will be refunded, however still subject to an administrative fee. Please check the website, www.toastfestivals.co.uk, for full details of the refunding process, should the festival be cancelled, or contact the organisers.
